Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. However, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within [2 business days].

Orders are sent out Monday – Friday. It is possible that during peak times of the year we will ship 7 days a week (major holidays excluded).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping is delayed you will be notified by email right away.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders ship free at the Standard 5-7 day delivery rate.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO will be delivered by US Postal Service.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation/tracking email the day your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

LightLady Studio is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


LightLady Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
